A cozy wooden cottage, with a big covered veranda. Out in the green with the view on the Sitter valley. The cottage is fully furnished. The end fine cleaning is done from us.

On the ground floor is the living area with the kitchen, corner bench and a wooden table. The kitchen is well furnished with oven and stove, fully automated bean coffee machine, water kettle, and a fridge with integrated freezer. To prepare a meal there is some oil, vinegar, salt, peper and some other spices. The two electro radiators provide enough heat also in the winter and in addition can be used the chimne to create a wonderfull ambience. The fire wood is included and stored right infront of the cottage. TV, a small washing machine and the restroom are as well in the ground floor.
The first floor is accessible with the stairs. There are two beds 90x200cm, a Table with two chairs, closet and waredrobe and a sofa bed 80×200 that we can prepare if needed. Also an Iron is available.

Right in front of the entrance door, the covered veranda with corner bench, table and wood grill invites to relax and enjoy the view in the green.
The playground and the lawn can be used together with the guests of the swissyurt. The lawn in not fenced, veranda can be locked with a fence.
Summer times it is possible to have a swim at the river “Sitter”, within 1km there are several nice places.
